Refund policy

Returns, Cancellations, and Delivery Policy (Including Pre-Orders)

Returns

  • All Trading Card Game (TCG) products are final sale and are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

  • New, unopened non-TCG products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

  • All approved returns of non-TCG items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • Returned items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition. Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering may be refused.

Cancellations

  • Most orders may be cancelled prior to shipment for a refund, subject to a 5% cancellation fee.

  • Once an order has shipped, it is subject to the return policy stated above.

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled up to 14 days before the official release date, and such cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled within 14 days of the release date or after the product has been allocated for shipment.

Delivery and Non-Receipt of Packages

  • All orders are shipped to the customer-provided address.

  • If a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier and delivery was made to the confirmed, correct address, the order is considered successfully fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund or replacement.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of their delivery location. Any issues arising from theft, misdelivery at the correct address, or local postal errors must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

  • We will assist with carrier inquiries when possible, but we cannot issue refunds for confirmed deliveries.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at gator@gatorscardden.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
To maintain product integrity, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • All TCG products (sealed or single cards)
  • Digital items
  • Gift cards
  • Any items specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of sale

Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered directly. To obtain a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that banks and credit card issuers may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
